As the Client Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of our products, services, or solutions to clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and customer success, you will oversee project execution to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards, and achieve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, team management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, budget management, continuous improvement, and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Lead and guide cross-functional teams, assigning and overseeing project tasks, while providing direction, support, and coaching to team members.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and obstacles. Monitor risks throughout implementation and take appropriate action.
Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective channels and processes to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and changes. Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and fulfill customer requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and making adjustments to ensure on-budget completion.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery and achieve operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in application delivery.
Proven track record as a Director of Delivery or similar role, successfully delivering products or services to customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, making necessary revisions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Product Management who will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all Defrilex in-flight products. This role will also lead the vision for the future Defrilex product suite. The Director of Product Management will define product roadmaps, manage product features and backlogs throughout the product development lifecycle, and oversee team expansion to align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product roadmaps and detailed requirements, collaborating with relevant teams and making trade-off decisions for multiple products.
• Identify and prioritize product group-level gaps in partnership with the CEO and associates, leveraging findings to determine risks, opportunities, and customer adoption potential.
• Lead the product planning process across a product group, overseeing the development of requirement documents and user stories.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog based on defined business value, utilizing data and analytics to ensure appropriate prioritization.
