Six things we believe about this work.
1. Multilingual is a design decision, not a feature. A platform built for English with language support bolted on will always bend when you ask it to carry twelve languages under a compliance posture. You have to design for multilingual from the first call.
2. A curated network beats an open marketplace for regulated work. Open marketplaces are good at speed and price. They are the wrong tool for work where a mistranslation is an enforcement event. Credentialing, liability, and compliance artifacts have to be part of the product.
3. The operator who runs the work should be the operator who scopes it. The gap between the team that sells and the team that delivers is where quality drifts and trust breaks. A named delivery lead on the first call is a commitment, not a convenience.
4. AI earns its place. It doesn't get to start the conversation. AI is the third layer of the platform because it has to stand up against the network and the delivery team. If a capability doesn't move a specific number and doesn't escalate cleanly to a credentialed human, it doesn't ship.
5. The artifacts of trust matter more than the language of it. Security teams don't want adjectives. They want a BAA, an access log, a control mapping, and an evidence file. DefrilexCX is built to send evidence, not a sales deck.
