The DefrilexCX Platform

One platform. Three working layers.

A credentialed network. A named delivery operator. An applied AI layer, engineered to run as one engagement, against your SLAs.

The four vendor model collapses into one accountable relationship. The supply, the delivery, and the automation answer to the same operator, and to one number on your dashboard.

One operator on our side. One dashboard on yours. One contract, one SLA framework, one accountable lead when the work moves.

01 The platform, plainly
DefrilexCX

What DefrilexCX actually is.

One platform. Three layers. One operator.

Enterprises running multilingual work at scale rarely arrive with one vendor. They arrive with four: a BPO for the agents, a language service provider for interpretation, a marketplace for specialized talent, and an AI vendor for whatever is being automated this quarter.

Four contracts. Four security reviews. Four QBRs. Four phone numbers when the wrong number moves.

DefrilexCX is the one platform that does all four jobs, engineered as three operating layers running against your outcomes, by us, as a single engagement.

The curated network supplies the credentialed humans. The managed delivery team owns the SLA, the dashboards, and the escalation path. The applied AI layer handles the volume where a clear metric earns it a seat.

You own one relationship. We own everything behind it.

three layers · one platform

A credentialed network. A delivery team that runs the work. An AI layer that knows its lane.

02 Layer one. The network
DefrilexCX

Layer one. A curated GigCX network.

Credentialed supply, not a talent pool.

We call it a GigCX network because that is what it is, distributed, credentialed professionals running customer facing and multilingual work on demand. What it is not: a directory you browse, a talent pool you sift, or a pile of freelancers underbidding each other on price.

The network spans interpreters, bilingual contact center agents, back office operators, and AI trainers. Every professional is sourced, identity verified, language tested, and credentialed against the standards their work requires, clinical competency for healthcare interpreters, Section 1557 and Title VI for government access, KYC aware workflows for financial services.

You never route work to the network. We do. The network is the supply; matching is a job the delivery layer handles against your engagement's requirements, not a search box you triage in a hurry.

What you see is the outcome. What you do not see is the discipline behind it.

Inside the network How we vet
03 Layer two. Managed delivery
DefrilexCX

Layer two. A managed delivery team.

A named operator on every engagement.

Every DefrilexCX engagement has a named delivery lead. Not an account manager. Not a CSM. The operator who runs the work, owns the number, and answers when the number moves.

The role is concrete. Six responsibilities, in this order:

  • Intake. Scope the work, map it to the right modality and language mix, set a go live date the rest of the engagement is built against.
  • SLA. Write connect time, coverage, handle time, quality, and containment targets into the contract. Industry standards where they apply, custom where they have to be.
  • Team. Pull credentialed professionals from the network against those SLAs, matched on credential, not on availability.
  • Dashboards. Stand up the operational view in real time, and share it with your team without a portal handshake.
  • Escalation. When a number drifts, the delivery lead owns the fix: reassign work, add capacity, retrain, or surface a process gap on your side.
  • Review. Weekly operational, quarterly business.

This is what managed delivery means here. It is not a synonym for outsourcing. A named operator absorbs the complexity of running a vetted, distributed workforce against your standards, so your team manages one relationship instead of a vendor roster.

04 Layer three. Applied AI
DefrilexCX

Layer three. An applied AI layer.

AI that's operated, not pitched.

AI is the third layer because it has to earn its seat against the first two, not replace them. We build and operate AI only where the task is concrete and the metric is one your business already tracks.

  • Chatbots. Resolving a defined tier 1 intent against a containment target, with a clean handoff at the boundary.
  • Voice agents. Qualifying an inbound call, confirming an appointment, or routing to the right language, with the outcome logged where your team already reads it.
  • Translation pipelines. Keeping a product catalog, help center, or policy library in sync across markets without a translator queue your team has to babysit.
  • Data for AI training. Network labelled, audited, credentialed language data feeding the models clients are building in-house.

When AI is part of your engagement, the delivery layer runs it the same way it runs a human team, one metric, one operator, one escalation path. When the agent drifts, we retrain. When it reaches its boundary, a credentialed human on the network picks up the call, cleanly, on the same session.

We do not ship AI to you. We operate it with you, under the same SLA your humans answer to.

05 How the layers work together
DefrilexCX

Three layers, operated as one engagement.

A working example, end to end.

A regional health plan runs DefrilexCX for multilingual member services. Inside one engagement, all three layers move on the same call, in the order the call requires.

One engagement. Three layers. One operator on our side. One dashboard on yours.

  1. I Applied AI Layer

An incoming call hits an AI voice agent that verifies the member, detects language preference, and routes on intent. Routine benefits questions resolve inside the agent, logged, audited, never escalated.

  2. II Curated Network

A clinical question routes to a bilingual tier 2 human from the network. When the clinician joins, a certified medical interpreter drops into the call, also from the network, and the session is logged against BAA protected infrastructure.

  3. III Managed Delivery

The delivery lead watches CSAT, containment, and connect time on one dashboard. When containment drifts two weeks in a row, the operator retrains the voice agent, reassigns a lane of calls, and flags a form issue on the plan's side at the next weekly review, before it shows up as a complaint.

06 Built for regulated work
DefrilexCX

Built for the buyers who pass the audit.

Evidence, not assurances.

DefrilexCX is engineered around the evidence enterprise security, privacy, and compliance teams actually request, not the language about trust that fills a sales deck.

Healthcare. HIPAA aligned program with signed BAAs, encrypted session handling, and access logging on every clinical encounter.

Government and public sector. Operational posture for Section 1557 and Title VI language access, with credentialing tuned to the public sector evidence trail.

Financial services. KYC aware workflows, documented controls, and data handling tuned to the regulated markets that move the volume.

Data and security across every sector. Documented residency, retention, and access controls. DPAs on request. A single evidence file your security team can open with the controls pre-mapped to their framework.

When a buyer's security team asks for the evidence, we send the evidence, on the first ask, not the third follow up.

07 What an engagement looks like
DefrilexCX

From first call to live, in weeks not quarters.

One operator, end to end.

A delivery lead walks the work, writes the scope, sends the evidence packet your security team will ask for, and assembles the team. The same operator who scoped the engagement stays with it after go live, through the first QBR and every one after.

No sales handoff. No discovery loop. No reintroduction on week four.

  1. Step 01
    Discovery with a delivery lead

The operator who would run your engagement, not a sales rep reading a script.

  2. Step 02
    Scope and proposal

Work, languages, modalities, SLAs, commercial terms, and the compliance posture mapped to your sector.

  3. Step 03
    Security review

DPA, BAA where it applies, security questionnaire, and the evidence file, pre-mapped for your team to review.

  4. Step 04
    Team assembly and go live

Credentialed professionals routed from the network, infrastructure stood up, dashboards shared with your team in real time.

  5. Step 05
    Operation

Daily delivery, weekly operational review, quarterly business review, with the same operator on the call every time.

08 Integrations
DefrilexCX

The work shows up where your team already is.

No new portal. No second source of truth.

DefrilexCX runs inside the systems your team already uses: telephony, contact center, ticketing, CRM, and data warehouses. Where we connect natively, we connect natively. Everywhere else, we run API level integrations and write the outcomes back into your system of record.

One platform. One relationship. The delivery layer owns the work behind every connection.

Inside your existing stack. Telephony, contact center, ticketing, CRM, and data platforms reached natively where the connection is supported, and via API everywhere else, without a portal handshake your team has to learn.

One control environment. Every integration runs under the same DPA, the same security review, and the same evidence file. Adding a system is a change order, not a new vendor onboarding cycle.

Outcomes back to your system of record. Conversations, transcripts, escalations, and SLA telemetry are logged where your team already reads them, not in a second dashboard nobody opens.

09 Who runs on the platform
DefrilexCX

Who runs on DefrilexCX Gig CX.

Enterprise buyers in regulated sectors.

Health plans and provider networks. Federal and state agencies. Banks, insurers, and fintech operators. Law firms and legal services platforms. Higher education and EdTech. Multinational retailers and ecommerce groups.

Each one runs multilingual interpretation, contact center delivery, back office operations, and applied AI work on the platform, as one managed engagement under one operator.

The pattern across them is consistent: the buyer has already lived through the four vendor model and chosen not to live through it again.

Why DefrilexCX Case Studies
10 proof strip
DefrilexCX

What running on the platform looks like, in evidence.

Evidence before claims.

The platform operates inside one control environment with one evidence file. DPAs, BAAs where they apply, security questionnaires, data residency, retention, and access controls, all pre-mapped and released to your security team on the first ask, not the third follow up.

The same discipline runs the delivery: SLAs in writing, dashboards in real time, escalation owned by a named operator. Nothing about the engagement is interpretive.

Quantitative outcomes, customer logos, and engagement detail are released only with written approval from the customer. The discipline is deliberate.

The trust we hold with regulated buyers depends on it, and it is the reason the buyers we keep, keep referring the next one.

11 Go to Marketplace
DefrilexCX

One platform. One relationship. Multilingual delivery that holds up under an audit.

Thirty minutes with the operator who would own it.

If you want to see how DefrilexCX would run a specific line of work (a language access program, a multilingual contact center, a translation pipeline, an AI voice agent), the next step is thirty minutes with the delivery lead who would actually own it.

Not a sales call. A working conversation about the work.

We listen first. Then we come back with a working scope you can defend internally: the operating shape, the SLA we would hold to, the security posture for your sector, and the point in the engagement where AI earns a seat.
